Return Policy.

At Greenery we source our plants from a range of different suppliers and growers around Australia ensuring you receive the best quality. We love our plants and want you to receive the same quality we have in our homes.

As we do deliveries direct to your door. If you have any issues with the product we expect you to say on arrival. It is your responsibility to maintain and look after the plant on collection. We are here to offer help and advice and maintenance for the plant if you are unsure. 

We do not accept a change of mind return. Once you place your order we do not refund. We are happy to work with you and exchange for a different plant if for some reason you are not happy with the quality. We want you to be happy and love your plants and pots.

If you have any issues within 7 days of purchase. Please reach out and e-mail hello@greeneryaustralia.com.au and include the following:

• date of delivery
• why you are not happy
• picture of any issues you have
